The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a qualified printer to produce 607 copies of the “Ruby Lake Hunt Brochure 2026.” The brochure is a two‑page, 20 × 8½ in. flat, folded to 4 × 8½ in., printed in four‑color process (yellow, magenta, black only) on 70‑lb white matte‑coated paper. The contractor may use either digital or conventional offset printing, but the entire job must be completed using a single method. Comprehensive proofing is required (digital‑color one‑off proofs for digital jobs; G7‑profiled inkjet proofs plus digital‑color content proofs for offset). The order must be divided into 50 sub‑lots with random “Blue‑Label” copies selected and packaged per GPO specifications. Packaging is kraft‑wrapped in cartons ≤ 40 lb, with specific delivery addresses for 5 copies, 600 copies, and two archival copies.
