The County seeks a qualified contractor to perform asphalt mill‑and‑overlay, crack‑fill, seal‑coat, and striping of the Collins Hill Branch Library parking lot, including ADA‑compliant improvements and related site work.
• Mill and overlay the ADA‑designated parking stalls only.
• Crack‑fill, seal‑coat, and stripe the entire remaining parking lot using blue DOT‑approved paint for ADA stalls.
• Replace or reinstall wheel stops, signage, and lamp posts affected by construction.
• Phase work to keep the main drive open at all times and maintain emergency egress.
• Provide site protection, daily clean‑up, safety measures, and a one‑year workmanship warranty.
