Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is seeking bids for the conversion of the Nut Hut's existing open floor plan to two enclosed offices with shared workspace, and replacement of the Office's existing drop ceiling with new wood joists and drywall. The project includes demolition, removal and disposal of existing building materials, interior framing, wall finishes, electrical systems, and protection of existing structure during construction.

• Additional bid items such as concrete walkway, remodel of Nut Hut kitchenette, and removal and replacement of Nut Hut stairway door
The project is expected to be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
