Purchase & Delivery of Fence Panels as Specified for the City & Borough of Juneau (CBJ or City), Parks & Rec Parks Maintenance Division

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a supplier to provide metal 'chain-link' fence panels and associated installation supplies as specified for the Parks & Rec Parks Maintenance Division. The contract requires the supplier to deliver the panels to the City and Borough of Juneau, Parks & Recreation, Parks Maintenance Division, Valley Shop, 2981 Riverside Dr. Juneau, AK 99801. The supplier must comply with all applicable Federal, State, City laws and have all licenses and permits required by the State and/or City for performance of this contract. The contract also includes technical specifications for the fence panels, including the type of material, size, and manufacturing requirements. • The contract requires the supplier to provide 90 units of 6' x 10' fence panels with 11 gauge fill, tension bars, and bands on all four sides. • The contract requires the supplier to provide 180 units of 4' long stands with 1" & 5/8" welded to the middle for single stands. • The contract requires the supplier to provide 180 sets of 1" & 5/8" x 1" & 5/8" panel clamps. • The supplier must provide a copy of the original bill of lading or the freight invoice for the items specified in this document. • The supplier must comply with the City's fuel surcharge policy. • The supplier must provide a signed quote schedule and signature page with their bid.
