The City of McPherson is seeking pre‑qualified consulting firms to provide pre‑construction engineering and project management services for the Northview Trail Phase III. The scope includes design of a .3‑mile, 10‑ft wide concrete multi‑use trail and a .7‑mile, 5‑ft wide sidewalk, installation of a rapid‑flashing beacon crosswalk, and associated site improvements. The firm must be KDOT‑pre‑qualified in the pedestrian and bicycle design category and familiar with the local area.
