Faulconbridge Rd 5749 Storm Drainage Improvement Project

The City of Charlotte is seeking qualified contractors to perform a storm drainage improvement on Faulconbridge Road. The scope includes Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining of existing 42‑inch concrete‑encased manhole (CMP) and 15‑inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), removal and replacement of eight existing drainage structures plus addition of two new structures, removal and replacement of 221 LF of 15‑inch RCP, and installation of chemical grouting joint repairs at approximately 15 locations on the 42‑inch CMP. The project is valued between $1 M and $5 M and will require standard municipal insurance and bonding (bid, payment, performance).
