Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $10,000,000

Based on comparable interceptor rehabilitation contracts in midsize U.S. cities, a project of this scale (multiple manhole rehabilitations, extensive pipe lining, and associated testing) typically ranges from $5 million to $10 million in total contract value. The estimate accounts for material costs (PVC liners, HDPE pipe), labor, equipment mobilization, bonding requirements, and contingency for unforeseen subsurface conditions. Larger municipalities may see higher values, while a streamlined scope could bring the lower end.
