Advanced Mechanic Institute & Vehicle Conversion - Bradley Fighting System (BFS) and M88A2 (M88)

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is seeking potential sources for Advanced Mechanic Institute (AMI) and vehicle conversion services for the Bradley Fighting System (BFS) and M88A2 (M88) platforms. The mission requires rapid restoration of these platforms to Fully Mission Capable (FMC) + Safety standards to support the defense of Ukraine. Interested sources must demonstrate experience in training mechanics, restoring tracked combat vehicles, and navigating supply chain bottlenecks. The selected source will provide training, equipment, and materials for Ukrainian Military personnel. Key requirements include: • Experience in training mechanics on a Bradley Fighting Vehicle System or an equivalent • Experience in restoring tracked combat vehicles to FMC + Safety standards • Capability to navigate severe supply chain bottlenecks and vendor obsolescence for legacy defense systems • Ability to provide a phased delivery approach and meet immediate operational timelines • Access to or a viable plan to source highly specialized, legacy, variant-specific components
