Description
The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting quotations for the repair of the NHTIC parking lot in 2026. The project includes asphalt crack seal and seal coating. The acquisition will be evaluated using the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation meets all solicitation requirements, is determined Technically Acceptable, and offers the lowest evaluated price.
