Description
The City of Castle Pines is seeking qualified contractors to construct monument walls, pilasters, architectural signage, structural foundations, electrical infrastructure, and associated site improvements at the Happy Canyon and Lagae Road roundabout. The scope includes full civil‑engineering and specialty‑trade work within the existing roundabout, while landscaping and irrigation will be handled under a separate future contract. This is a formally solicited IFB with electronic bid submission only; there will be no public bid opening event.
• Construct primary monument walls and pilasters for the roundabout.
• Install architectural sign elements and related electrical systems.
• Provide structural foundations and site‑improvement work within the roundabout.
• All work must comply with municipal specifications; contractors must hold a valid license and provide required bid and performance bonds.
