The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking to lease approximately 3,900 square feet of office space in Barnstable, Bourne, Sandwich, or Yarmouth for the Office of the Cape & Islands District Attorney. The space should be accessible, have adequate parking, and meet the needs of the User Agency. The lease term is for five years, and the target occupancy date is January 2026. The successful proposer will be required to provide a range of services, including building management, maintenance, and security.
