Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $3,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the materials required. The project includes mill and pave asphalt runway and shoulder surfaces, groove asphalt, paint runway markings, and temporarily relocate runway lighting fixtures. The cost of these materials and the labor required to complete the project will be the primary factors in determining the budget. Assuming an average cost of $100 per ton for asphalt and an average cost of $50 per hour for labor, the total cost of the project can be estimated as follows: Asphalt: 23,000 SY (from the pricing table) x $100 per ton = $2,300,000 Labor: 488 days (from the project duration) x 8 hours per day x $50 per hour = $195,040 Total cost: $2,300,000 + $195,040 = $2,495,040 However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on various factors such as the location, the complexity of the project, and the bidding process. Therefore, the estimated budget range for this project is between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000.
