7H20--Brand Name or Equal PAR Excellence

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide a brand name or equal PAR Excellence Weight-based Inventory Management System. The system should be able to capture data related to end-user usage, stock replenishment, and other inventory-related transactions in a supply closet. The primary purpose of the system is to identify on-hand quantities and values between Generic Inventory Package (GIP) and the PAR bins system. The period of performance shall be 12 months from the date of award, with one 12-month option period. Some key points to consider: • The system should be able to capture transactions and usage data and store it on the user's workstation. • The system should allow users to run reports, analyze data, and manage inventory. • The contractor shall provide a brand name or equal PAR Excellence Weight-based Inventory Management System. • The Government is not responsible for any cost incurred by industry in furnishing this information. • All submissions will become Government property and will not be returned.
