Description
Fulton County, GA is seeking a qualified private firm to provide comprehensive adult misdemeanor probation supervision services at no cost to the Superior, State, and Magistrate Courts. The scope includes collection of fines and fees, supervision of community service, delivery of rehabilitative treatment programs (domestic‑violence counseling, DUI rehabilitation), electronic monitoring, and enforcement of all court‑ordered conditions. The contract will commence upon execution in early 2027 and run through December 31 2027, with optional one‑year renewal terms for 2028 and 2029 subject to County approval. Proposals are due October 6 2026; a pre‑proposal conference (optional) is scheduled for September 15 2026. The County will evaluate proposals based on cost and defined evaluation criteria and may require oral presentations or site visits.
