RFP - To Secure Professional Services for Business and Industrial Recruitment

The City of Bakersfield is seeking a qualified professional consulting firm to provide marketing, consulting, and recruitment services targeting commercial and industrial companies. The selected firm will support the City's economic development efforts by leading growth strategies, developing a pipeline of leads, and strengthening City staff's capacity to effectively recruit businesses. The scope of work includes analyzing target industries, developing a list of contacts and prospects, and assisting with in-market visits to show prospects the business and location advantages of doing business in Bakersfield. The project is expected to be completed within one year.
