Y1LZ--Project 620-23-102 Repave Parking Lot G at the Montrose VAMC

The project involves repaving Parking Lot G at the Montrose VAMC. The contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of any concrete encountered within the limits of the proposed pavement section or that interferes with construction of the pavement section. The contractor will also be responsible for providing clean fill and performing environmental due diligence for material being exported off-site or if there is reason to believe that a spill or release of a regulated substance has occurred on the site.
