Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking bids for the replacement of the existing roof systems on the Kentucky Artisan Center in Berea, Kentucky. The project includes replacing SBS Modified Bitumen membrane system, slate shingles, and standing seam copper roofing with new materials. The contractor will also be responsible for cleaning cut limestone capstones throughout the facility and replacing a small amount of aluminum storefront system at roof gables.
• The bid must be submitted electronically through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system.
• The contractor must be registered in the Vendor Self Service (VSS) System.
• The bid must include all required documents and information, including the Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required).
• A public bid reading will be held on the bid opening date at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
• The contractor will be responsible for downloading bid documents, specifications, and drawings from the state's plan room website.
