N40084 BUILDING 90 DEMOLITION AT COMBINED ARMS TRAINING CENTER, CAMP FUJI, JAPAN

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) is seeking a contractor to perform demolition, removal, and disposal of Building 90 at the Combined Arms Training Center, Camp Fuji, Japan. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other necessary items to complete the project. The scope of work includes demolition of interior and exterior finishes, roofing, foundation, structural components, tanks, pipelines, and other building systems. • Demolition and removal of building structures and systems • Disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials • Site restoration and cleanup • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Coordination with NAVFAC and other stakeholders The contractor will be required to acknowledge receipt of amendments and changes to the solicitation, and to comply with all terms and conditions of the contract.
