Description
The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is seeking proposals from contractors to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for its compactors, balers, open-top containers, and e-box equipment. The contractor will be responsible for performing tasks such as evaluating equipment condition, verifying safety features, inspecting cylinder welds and seals, and providing training to personnel. The contract term is for 3 years with a 2-year optional renewal.
• The contractor must provide on-site labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform the required tasks.
• The contractor must maintain a minimum of one staff member on-site to handle preventative maintenance and repairs.
• The contractor must ensure adequate staffing to complete work requests within the specified time frame.
• The contractor must create a digital record for each site visit documenting all PM tasks and communicate deficiencies and solutions with the District.
