Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide and install five exterior security doors at the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. The contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of existing exterior doors and providing all necessary services, personnel, and equipment to complete the project. The project is set aside for small business concerns, and the associated NAICS code is 238990, All Other Specialty Contractors.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors.
• The contractor must provide a statement demonstrating their capability to perform the required scope of work, including relevant experience and understanding of the requirement.
• The contractor must also provide specification sheets for all equipment quoted and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
• The project is expected to be completed within 90 days of the award date.
• The contractor will be required to provide mandatory sexual assault and sexual harassment prevention and response training to all contractor employees assigned to perform under the contract.
