Description
The City of Coffeyville, Kansas is accepting sealed bids for the demolition and removal of structures. The project includes complete clearing of the lot, including retaining walls, shrubs, trees, fencing, foundations, and associated structures, as well as grading, seeding, and mulching. The contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of all demolition materials at a KDHE-approved construction and demolition landfill site. The contractor must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
