Description
The Dickinson-Iron Intermediate School District (DIISD) is seeking bids for construction services for the renovation of the Technical Education Center. The project includes partial modifications to the building layout, classroom upgrades, plumbing alterations, new flooring, lighting, and ceilings, as well as a full HVAC upgrade and the installation of a building-wide fire suppression system. The general contractor will be responsible for scheduling work and ensuring that the school can maintain its usual operations from September to June. The project is expected to be completed over the course of two summers, 2026 and 2027.
