Description
The Grosse Pointe Public School System is seeking bids for district-wide masonry restoration and repair services on an indefinite scope/indefinite quantity basis. The contract will have a base term of one year, with an option for four additional one-year term extensions. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the required work.
• The project involves masonry restoration and repair services for various school facilities.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
• The bidder must provide a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent of the School District.
• The bidder must also provide a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance - Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
