Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking quotations for Gibb Aspen KV fencing materials, including 12' x 3.5" peeled and untreated fence rails and 5' x 5.5" peeled and notched posts. The contractor will be required to deliver and unload the materials at four remote locations on the Malheur National Forest. The evaluation criteria include technical capability, delivery and unloading capability, and price. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government.
