The City of Salina is seeking a single new Fairway golf‑course mower (model year 2026 or latest) to replace an aging Toro unit. The mower must meet detailed technical specifications—including a 24 HP diesel engine, 22‑in. reel, ≥7 mph forward speed, power steering, safety ROPS, and a full warranty—delivered FOB to the municipal golf course. Bidders may optionally propose a trade‑in credit for the city’s 2012 Toro Reelmaster. All bids must be submitted in hard copy by the deadline; electronic or fax submissions are not accepted.
