6515--GI impedance planimetry system

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to acquire a GI impedance planimetry system, specifically the Medtronic Endoflip 300 System, to upgrade their existing system. The system is required for patient care and is currently in a state of progressive failure. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supplies, software, hardware, project management, installation services, field support, and post-implementation support. The scope of work includes delivery, installation, configuration, testing, training, and support of the system. • The system must be a Medtronic Endoflip 300 System, which includes the Endoflip 300 display system, pump system, and cart. • The contractor must have direct OEM experience and expertise with the Medtronic Endoflip 300 System. • The contractor must comply with all VA security, privacy, and safety requirements. • The contractor must provide a 3-year service plan for the system. • The contractor must have full access to all software, technical support resources, firmware updates, and diagnostic tools necessary to successfully install and support the system.
