The Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife Resources (KDFWR) is re‑issuing a Request for Bid to purchase a single Ventrac slope‑mowing tractor (model 4520Y KN Kubota D902) with a full suite of accessories (hand controls, rear weights, fenders, canopy, fan, dual‑wheel kit, digital slope gauge, mower attachments, etc.) and a minimum 60‑month/2000‑hour warranty. The contract is a one‑time purchase; vendors must submit an electronic bid through the Commonwealth eProcurement system by 12:00 PM EST on 27 August 2026. Evaluation is based on a “Best Value – Ranking” approach: 90 % of points awarded to the lowest price, 5 % to the shortest delivery time, and 5 % to the warranty offering. All required insurance, tax registration, and residency qualifications must be provided. Delivery is FOB destination, and the vendor must assume all freight costs. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing the equipment, warranty documentation, manuals, and any required reporting on usage.
