Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and industry standards. Given the renovation of approximately 4,400 square feet, the project is likely to be valued in the millions of dollars. Considering the costs of materials, labor, and other expenses, a rough estimate for the project could be between $5 million and $15 million. This range is influenced by factors such as the complexity of the renovation, the need for hazmat abatement, and the requirements for Project Labor Agreement.
