Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a maintenance service agreement for a CN Bio PhysioMimix Microphysiological System (MPS) Single-Organ platform. The system is a microphysiological culture platform designed to support long-term culture of human tissues under physiologically relevant conditions. The requested service will provide preventive maintenance, inspection, calibration, and repair support for the PhysioMimix MPS Single-Organ System and associated hardware components.
• The service shall be performed by a CN Bio-trained field service technician or engineer to accurately diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring maximum performance, reliability, and productivity.
• The contract shall include no less than one (1) preventive maintenance inspection during the contract period.
• Service and maintenance agreement covers repairs, parts, and service of the instruments and shall consist of, but not limited to, inspection, examination of all functioning parts, thorough cleaning, proper lubrication, replacement, or repair of worn or un-serviceable parts, adjustment, and calibration made with the expressed intent of maintaining the instrument to the manufacturer's original specifications.
