Description
The Citadel is seeking a vendor to provide a full‑featured Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that will replace its existing WebTMA solution and integrate two‑way with Ellucian Banner. The contract includes system licensing, on‑site implementation, data migration, training, and four years of ongoing support and maintenance. The solution must run in a VMware environment (or be offered as a compliant SaaS option), support LDAP/Active Directory single sign‑on, meet extensive NIST 800‑53 and CIS security requirements, and be operational within four months of award.
• Mandatory experience: ≥10 years in higher‑education CMMS deployments, with at least 25 campus installations and four direct Banner integration references.
• Required functionalities: work‑order, project, preventive‑maintenance, inventory, tool‑room, personnel tracking, reporting/dashboard, multi‑account billing, barcode support, and customizable dashboards.
• Deliverables: system configuration, data extraction/migration from WebTMA, user training (up to 15 participants), documentation, and 5‑year support/maintenance (initial year + four optional renewal years).
