Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide rock production for graded medium chip seal aggregate, with mandatory stockpile locations along various sections of highways in District 12. The project includes a base bid and two additive alternates. The contractor will be responsible for delivering 3/8” No. 4 aggregate material to stockpile locations as described in Exhibit A and E. The project has a limited funding, and the contract award will be based on the lowest responsive bid combining totals from the base bid and additive alternates.
• The contractor must have a minimum of 3 years of experience providing similar goods and services.
• The contractor must provide references for contracts that demonstrate similar scope and quantity of work.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• The contractor must provide insurance certificates and tax ID number as required.
• The contractor must commence work only after receiving a notice to proceed or purchase order from ODOT.
