The U.S. Navy is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide comprehensive passenger air terminal services at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, supporting a wide range of U.S. government, coalition, NATO and commercial aircraft. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price award with an 11‑month base period and multiple option extensions, totaling up to several years of service. The contractor must deliver labor, supervision, management, and all associated support to ensure on‑time aircraft departures and maintain a maximum on‑ground (WMOG) capability equivalent to one wide‑body aircraft.
