The DeKalb County Government is seeking qualified individuals and firms to provide Construction Management Services for the Snapfinger Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion, Phase 3A, 3C, and 3D. The project is part of the County's $4.27 billion Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). The selected Construction Management Firm will be responsible for providing CM services during the construction of the facilities. • The project involves the expansion of the Snapfinger Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility. • The Construction Management Firm will be selected based on the evaluation process described in the RFP. • The RFP is subject to revision after the date of issuance only via OpenGov addenda. • A Mandatory Pre-Proposal video conference will be held on December 15, 2025, and a Mandatory Site Visit will be held on December 16, 2025.
