LMWWTP High-Rate Treatment Facility Progressive Design Build

The City of Cincinnati (Office of Procurement) and the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati are seeking qualified design‑build teams to deliver a progressive design‑build (PDB) high‑rate treatment (HRT) facility at the Little Miami Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope includes full design, permitting, demolition of existing structures, construction of a new 115 MGD HRT system, upgrades to pump stations, electrical and SCADA integration, and associated environmental remediation, all under an estimated total project cost of about $300 million.
