Description
The Town of Franklin is seeking a qualified contractor to reconstruct a portion of an Elementary School Courtyard. The project includes demolition and removal of existing asphalt pavement, removal of existing landscape vegetation and loam, re-grading of disturbed areas, preparation of base material, installation of a concrete slab, and proper disposal of all waste and excess materials. The contractor will need to use a crane and concrete pump truck to accomplish this work.

• Construction schedule: within 5 days of Notice to Proceed, with project completion by 8/15/2026

• Optional pre-bid meeting on April 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM
• Proposals due on May 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM
