Description
The City of Holly Springs is seeking bids for the demolition and disposal of a 1908 sf building with 2 floors, concrete driveway, asbestos surveys, septic tanks, and all other items at the site located at 208 Cedar Valley Court in Holly Springs, GA. The project requires complete demolition and disposal, with no trees to be removed from the site unless required to remove the fence behind the house. The time allowed for substantial completion is 30 consecutive days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond with good and sufficient surety or sureties approved by the owner for faithful acceptance of the contract.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount and a payment bond for 100% of the contract amount.
• Requests for payments are due by the fifth of the month for payment by the twentieth of the month less 5% retainage.
• The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise.
