Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier for annual facility maintenance for FY2026. The solicitation is open for bidding, and suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys to participate. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any disputes will be resolved through non-binding alternative dispute resolution. The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation and agree to furnish each item or service offered at the price quoted.
• The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal.
• The supplier must provide proof of registration with the Alabama Secretary of State's Office before transacting business in the State.
• The supplier must comply with the Beason-Hammon Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act and verify enrollment in the E-Verify program.
• The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
