Description
The project involves the replacement of the existing BUR roof system with a new insulated EPDM single-ply and associated flashings at the Woodland Center CF Food Service. The work includes removal of the existing roof system, installation of a new roof system, replacement of roof drains, and MEP related modifications to accommodate the new roof system. The project requires a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit, and bidders must submit proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity.
