The County of Kenosha is seeking a prime contractor to perform a full interior remodel of seven areas within the Kenosha County Center (approximately 17,000 sq ft). Scope includes demolition, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, fire‑suppression, electrical, low‑voltage technology, and related site coordination. Work is divided into four phases, with the first phase starting 16 Nov 2026 (substantial completion 26 Feb 2027) and the remaining phases beginning 1 Mar 2027 (substantial completion 3 Sep 2027). The contractor must provide all labor, materials, permits, and manage coordination among multiple trades while maintaining county operations. • 17,000 sq ft interior remodel across seven zones • Demolition, finish carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, ceiling work • Full MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire‑suppression) installation • Low‑voltage data, fiber, and technology integration • Phased construction to avoid election periods (April & November) • Required prime contractor with at least 10 years experience; subcontractors for specialty trades • Substantial completion expected by 3 Sep 2027
