The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking qualified third‑party CDL skills test examiners to provide testing services at the Kentucky State Police Post 4 in Elizabethtown. The contract is a Master Agreement for up to 260 full‑day or half‑day testing sessions per year, paid at $300 per full day or $150 per half day. Exam‑iners must meet strict driver‑record, licensing, training, and background‑check requirements and must complete initial 40‑hour training plus annual 10‑hour in‑service training. The award will be based on best‑value criteria including experience, certifications, availability, and criminal‑history compliance. The initial contract term is one year with optional extensions of up to four additional two‑year periods.
