D--Data Protection and Storage Globus GridFTP

The United States Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology (CBIIT) requires a Globus High Assurance Subscription and Globus for Amazon S3 High Assurance Level support. The contractor shall provide software subscription licenses, including maintenance, updates, and technical support, for the duration of the contract period. The scope of work includes providing Globus High Assurance Subscription and Support, including Globus for Amazon S3 High Assurance Level, and ensuring that all products, platforms, and services delivered as part of this solicitation conform to the HHS digital accessibility conformance standards. • The contractor must provide a completed Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) or an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) to demonstrate conformance to the Section 508 standards. • The contractor must ensure that all ICT supplies, products, platforms, information, documentation, and services support provided conform to the Revised 508 Standards. • The contractor must perform accessibility testing using ICT Baseline Tests or other acceptable Section 508 testing methodologies before delivery. • The contractor must provide an ACR using one of the following: NIH Section 508 ACR Creation Tool, HHS Conformance Checklist, VPAT (WCAG 2.x edition), or another CO-approved template.
