Description
The City of Macon, Noxubee County, MS is seeking sealed bids for the design‑build construction of sewer system improvements funded under a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The scope includes a wastewater lift‑station renovation (Part 1) and a comprehensive sewer system inspection and rehabilitation (Part 2). The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, and related services, adhere to Mississippi public‑contractor certification requirements, provide bid, performance, and payment bonds, and comply with Davis‑Bacon, Section 3 of the HUD Act, and the Build America, Buy America Act.
