Metal Building Shell and Installation at the EOC

Cherokee County is seeking a metal building manufacturer to design and install a metal garage building shell at the Cherokee County Emergency Operations Center. The project involves installing a metal building shell after a concrete slab has been designed and poured by others. The metal building manufacturer will be responsible for the design and installation of the metal garage shell. Key considerations include wind load parameters and other design specifications. • The project is located at the rear of the building at 213 Alma St, Gaffney, SC 29340. • A concrete slab will be designed and poured by others ahead of the metal garage shell installation. • The metal building manufacturer may contact Doug Bowers, Emergency Management Director, for any questions or site visits.
