Riff's Bar - New Stone Countertop

Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is seeking qualified contractors to remove the existing bar top at Riff’s Bar in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Catoosa, OK, and install a new stone countertop. The scope does not prescribe a specific stone material, leaving material selection to the bidder. Bids must include a custom quote sheet, a Certificate of Insurance, and a front‑and‑back copy of the TERO certification. The contract will be subject to Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) fees, possible Cherokee Nation Gaming Commission licensing, and bonding requirements for contracts exceeding $100,000. • Remove existing bar top and install new stone countertop (material to be selected by bidder). • Provide hourly rates, work effort breakdown, delivery schedule, and note any exceptions or substitutions. • Submit COI, TERO certificate, and meet mandatory pre‑bid meeting on March 13, 2026. • Bids due by March 27, 2026 5 PM; award expected within 30 days of bid opening.
