Description
The Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes to derive a contract vehicle to provide contractor support for NIWDC through a focus on missions, functions, and tasks (MF&T) specifically related to the mission areas of Electronic Warfare Data (EWD) production in support of the Navy Information Operations Database (NIODB) and Reprogrammable Library Support Program. The contract will provide all required supplies and support services. The period of performance for the anticipated contract is a five-year ordering period with an optional six-month performance extension. The contractor will provide technical support, assistance, and training for EW Reprogrammable Libraries, NIODB support, and other related tasks. The contractor must have experience in Electronic Warfare systems, RADAR threat parameter analysis, and authoritative national data sources. The contractor must also have the necessary security clearances, including a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartment Information (TS/SCI) facilities clearance.
