Description
The Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center is seeking a quote for hand cycles. The full requirement details can be found in the attached Combined Synopsis-Solicitation. The offeror must certify that each end product is a domestic end product, and list any foreign end products. The Government will evaluate offers in accordance with the policies and procedures of part 25 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
• The offeror must provide a Buy American Certificate.
• The offeror must list any foreign end products and indicate whether they exceed 55% domestic content.
• The offeror must separately list the line item numbers of domestic end products that contain a critical component.
