This solicitation issues a Request for Quote (RFQ) for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple‑Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) and Medical Physicist services at ten Veterans Health Administration (VHA) medical centers across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. The contract is set‑aside for Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and will be awarded on a best‑value/low‑price basis. Task orders will range from $1,500 to $350,000, with a total contract ceiling of $6 million and a five‑year performance period (or until the ceiling is reached).
