Fellows Park Engineering and Design Services

The City of Scranton is seeking a professional services firm to provide engineering and design services for Fellows Park. The scope of work includes performing a detailed topographic survey, developing base mapping, and providing associated engineering and design services for park improvements. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing design documents, construction supervision, and oversight to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. The firm will also be required to carry certain types and amounts of insurance, including workers' compensation, professional liability, and comprehensive general liability. The City of Scranton reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to negotiate with the selected firm. Some key points to consider: • The proposal must include a detailed cost sheet showing the hours, labor costs, expenses, and total cost for each task in the project. • The proposer must have a minimum of 5 years of experience under their current business name. • The proposer must be duly registered with the applicable federal, state, or local oversight body(s) required to fulfill the scope of services outlined. • The proposer must include a statement of the prospective respondent's insurance coverage and a statement of assurance attesting that the prospective respondent is not currently in violation of any regulatory rules and regulations that may impact its operations.
