FURNISHING AND DELIVERING 15% SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE

The Joint Meeting of Essex and Union Counties is seeking bids for the furnishing and delivering of 15% sodium hypochlorite to its wastewater treatment facility. The contract period is for one year, with the possibility of a one-year extension. The bidder must provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. • The bidder must provide a certified payroll record to the owner within ten days of payment of wages. • The bidder must maintain sufficient insurance to protect against all claims under Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile Liability. • The bidder must indemnify and save harmless the owner from all claims, suits, or actions, and damages or costs of every name and description.
