FY 2025/26 Sewer Lining Project

The City of Huntington Beach is soliciting bids to rehabilitate approximately 29,850 LF of aging sanitary sewer pipe using UV‑cured CIPP liner technology, grind and re‑open 668 service laterals, and refurbish 66 manholes (including step removal). The work is trenchless, requires extensive CCTV inspections, hydro‑jet cleaning, and must be completed within a 160‑working‑day schedule after notice to proceed.
